With Urgent Care Mobile, you can get all the services you expect from a regular doctor’s office without the waiting, the exposure to other sick people or the hassle of transportation and traffic. Urgent Care Mobile offers you the care you need, when and where you need it.

Urgent visits can be arranged by calling our hotline any time. Appointments can be booked in advance online or by telephone. Visits after 10PM are only available to members.

We can see you wherever you are. The physician can visit a private home, nursing home, hotel room or corporate office. Urgent Care Mobile provides discrete, high-quality care on your terms in privacy and comfort.

Urgent Care Mobile accepts cash and all major debit/credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

Yes. Insurance policies with co-pay (such as Nemcare, Caricare and ICBL Easy Claims are accepted.

In most cases, our doctors will arrive within 1 hour of your call. At the time of dispatch, you will be given an ETA based on current traffic.

Sure, but if the requested doctor is unavailable and you need to be seen urgently, you will be seen by one of our other outstanding doctors.

Urgent Care Mobile uses a state-of-the-art electronic medical record system to ensure that your information is always secure and up-to-date. It is readily accessible to you via our online patient portal and a report may be sent to your GP on request following a visit.

Urgent Care offers a highly trained medical team. All doctors are fully registered Specialist Emergency Physicians and are current and up-to-date with any training requirements. We recruit fully registered, highly trained healthcare professionals who dedicate themselves to delivering the very best care at all times.
